It features a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and in-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the house are two additional bedrooms (queen bed, two twins beds) that share a hall bathroom. A new deck, outdoor space, and private backyard make this a peaceful escape!

The indoor wood fireplace is not available for guest use during the stay. NO SMOKING allowed on the property. A fee of $500 will be charged for violations of this policy to account for the extensive cleaning required for the smoke removal process. No parties or events allowed on the property. This short term rental has been approved for a zoning permit by the city of Greensboro and abides by the restrictions for short term rentals placed by the city. I had booked this house a year in advance for HPU graduation. I that year, I requested multiple adjustments to the days and number of people; each was quickly accommodated. The home is 25 minutes from HPU and 15 minutes from the Greensboro Convention Center/Sports complex. Good restaurant choices not far from the house. The house was exactly as described,and the neighborhood was pleasant & friendly. Check-in & check-out was simple. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! This Airbnb was the perfect home base for our work trip to High Point Market—an easy 20-minute drive and so convenient. The home smelled amazing the moment we walked in and was both stylish and incredibly homey. Every amenity we could have needed was thoughtfully provided, including the sweetest fluffy robe in the bathroom, which was such a lovely touch. As three women traveling for work, we felt comfortable, cared for, and had everything we needed. A beautiful, welcoming space and we would absolutely stay again!

Excellent safe location for a family. We came for a YMCA Nationals swim meet and the accommodations were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and had more amenities than I would've even thought of. We did a lot of laundry (swim towels etc) and washpods were available at the Airbnb. The house was meticulously clean and smelled relaxing without being overwhelming. We would absolutely stay here again. There were also games and foldable outdoor chairs to enjoy the weather on the porch. Very happy we had found this Airbnb.

We stayed here for a weekend for a wedding nearby and it was absolutely perfect! We were allowed to check in early so we could get to a wedding event on time and we greatly appreciated that. The home was very clean and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend anyone stay here if you need a place to stay in the Greensboro area!
