This was the perfect home for our family! We were all in town for our son's wedding and LOVED being there! Ashley thought of everything to make us feel right at home. She genuinely cares about her guests and their experience! You will never find a more thoughtful, kind, or responsive host than you'll get with Ashley! We hope to have a reason to stay there again sometime! Thank you for providing such a relaxing and beautiful home to stay in!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the essentials. The boat house had a ton of games, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. which was a great perk and made our stay even more enjoyable. Loved the huge, beautiful, and well maintained yard as well where our dogs could get all their zoomies out! Thank you!

My family was looking for a place to meet in North Carolina to gather the cousins for a summer vacation, and Jake’s place in Kernersville nailed it. The house had all the space and beds needed for our family and we were able to enjoy attractions in the area as well as a lot of quality family time at the rental house as the pool and games at the house were fantastic for kids and adults alike!

A great spot on the lake for our mini-family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms with ample bathrooms as well. The yard down to the lake is great and the dock and swimming area are too.

We had a great time at Looney Dunes! Loved how convenient it was to the beach, could take the golf cart but also close enough to walk if needed. Ashley was very responsive if we had any questions and everything was as described. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. We had 5 kids together all under the age of 6, and the house for perfect for them. The backyard was great for running around and the playhouse was an added bonus. The location was close to lots of activities. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!!

We all had a great time!! We found the guide most helpful to find Brandon to rent a boat. The place was well stocked with cooking and dishes, all sorts of towels, fun things to play with- simply great!! Food Lion delivered, which was super helpful!

The hosts were quick to respond. This house was so much bigger than we expected. We were all very comfortable. The kids loved the large pool and all of the adults and older kids had enough space to spread out. I personally loved the large dining table where we gathered for family meals. The hot tub was a huge plus! Amazing stay and great area! We would definitely love to stay here again.

I was in town for work, and this place was great! Such a nice place to unwind after a long day of working! Loved everything about it and when I am back in the area I will stay here again if its available :)
