Ashley was a great host. She responded quickly. Upon letting her know there were no stoppers for the sink and bathtub she sent them the following morning through Amazon. We enjoyed our stay and surely will use in the future upon visiting North Carolina

We were in 2 months working on a movie and the first couple of weeks we were struggling to find a long term place. We finally found this spot and it immediately felt like home for the last month and a half. Quiet neighborhood, safe backyard for dogs, that was our biggest priority, and it was completely safe for both my dopey dogs. Amazing place, only wish we would’ve started at this place from the beginning!

This was the perfect home for our family! We were all in town for our son's wedding and LOVED being there! Ashley thought of everything to make us feel right at home. She genuinely cares about her guests and their experience! You will never find a more thoughtful, kind, or responsive host than you'll get with Ashley! We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the essentials. The boat house had a ton of games, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. which was a great perk and made our stay even more enjoyable. Loved the huge, beautiful, and well maintained yard as well where our dogs could get all their zoomies out! Thank you!

My family was looking for a place to meet in North Carolina to gather the cousins for a summer vacation, and Jake’s place in Kernersville nailed it. The house had all the space and beds needed for our family and we were able to enjoy attractions in the area as well as a lot of quality family time at the rental house as the pool and games at the house were fantastic for kids and adults alike!

A great spot on the lake for our mini-family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms with ample bathrooms as well. The yard down to the lake is great and the dock and swimming area are too.

We had a great time at Looney Dunes! Loved how convenient it was to the beach, could take the golf cart but also close enough to walk if needed. Ashley was very responsive if we had any questions and everything was as described. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. We had 5 kids together all under the age of 6, and the house for perfect for them. The backyard was great for running around and the playhouse was an added bonus. The location was close to lots of activities. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!!
